Perivolas Santorini

Loved this hotel. Beautiful view of the caldera and over the town of Oia, including some of the blue domes. Sunset view from here is over the domes (not directly over the water), which is quite beautiful and we preferred that – you can see the sunset over the water in many parts of the world, but you can only see it set behind the blue domes on Santorini! Service in Perivolas Santorini is outstanding – the staff could not be more friendly and accommodating in every way. Wonderful breakfast including a buffet of yogurt, pastries, cheese and meat, plus you order other items off the menu – eggs, omelets, pancakes. Everything is delicious with very inventive combinations of flavors and so much food that we usually only needed an afternoon snack and not a full lunch. Room was extremely comfortable, typical cave-style, with every comfort. Location just on the edge of Oia was perfect for us – close enough to easily walk to everything (maybe 10 minutes to the center of town, 20 or so minutes to the top of the stairs to Ammoudi) but outside of the main crush of people, so feels much more private than the locations in the center of town. Beautiful infinity pool with lovely views. We loved it
